As a mother of three little people three years of age and under, my life is filled with chaos, comedy, cavorting, and constant crunching. Recently, it became the constant crunching that caught my attention and began to concern me. I started observing what my family was ingesting and digesting (or perhaps I should say 'trying to digest') on a daily basis.
YIKES!!!
It was shocking to discover my family's poor nutritional patterns and that I was mostly to blame. Presently, we are in the process of 'refined reform' - getting away from many of the refined and processed food products in our everyday lives. We are moving back to the concept of whole foods at our house with daily dining at 'The Caveman Cafe.' (Stay tuned for more detail here.) This change in lifestyle and eating philosophy is, in part, what led me to a tremendous opportunity with EIRO Research and the desire to begin my family blog.
Through EIRO Research, I am able to continue my journey to educate myself, my family and others on the health benefits of proper nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle. My desire is to share the EIRO opportunity and products with others to help make them whole, both physically and financially. Through my family blog, I will be able to document our journey to becoming whole.
Welcome to the blogging world Heather! I put up a link to your blog on mine, so I hope that is ok. I look forward to reading all about your food reforming adventures. I think we all deal with this as mothers. Belinda told me about the July 25th meeting but I can't make it because we have a wedding out of town that weekend. Keep me posted on the next one, I am curious to find out more about this stuff. Thanks!
